Pilbara Art Collective is a curated regional platform showcasing artists, makers, galleries, art centres, studios and creative businesses with a genuine connection to the Pilbara.

We focus on original, handmade, artist-designed and small-batch creative work. We are looking for work that has a genuine connection to the Pilbara and is not mass-produced, commercially imported or simply purchased for resale.

This Expression of Interest helps us learn more about you, your creative practice or organisation, and how you would like to participate in the platform.

You may apply for one or more of the following participation options:

a free Pilbara Art Map listing
the Pilbara Creative Professionals Directory
Marketplace Sales Partner participation

Applications will be reviewed by Pilbara Art Collective to ensure the platform remains authentic, place-led and aligned with our focus on Pilbara creativity.

What happens after you apply?

We aim to respond to applications within two to three business days.

If your application is successful, you will receive:

confirmation of your approved participation options
the relevant participation terms and conditions
login details and instructions for setting up your profile or marketplace shop
guidance on uploading your biography, images, products and other content

Marketplace Sales Partners will be able to manage their own shop and product listings. Pilbara Art Collective will review profiles, products and other content before they are published on the platform.

Submitting this form does not automatically guarantee approval or create a live profile. Please provide as much information as possible so we can assess your application and support you through the next steps.

The form should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
